I am a long time member of the Space Unit (38+ years). The Space Unit is an international organization of collectors devoted to the collecting of anything space- covers, stamps, autographs, patches and/or pins. The Space Unit issues a bimonthly journal 'The Astrophile' containing 48 pages of news, articles and other information about recent developments in the hobby. Mini-auctions of space covers many donated by members is mailed to members with the Astrophile. A biannual membership directory containing the names, email addresses and collecting interests is mailed to members. If anybody would like to see a sample copy of our journal, please email me with your snail mail address and Astroauction on subject line. I will also send a membership application with no obligation. I am also a member of the APS, ATA, AAPE, Astro Space Stamp Society and BFV Cosmos. I promote astrophilately by exhibiting my Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) collection at various shows around the country. I regularly post messages on Collectspace and AstroAddies Yahoo Group. Over the years I have written many articles on space cover collecting. I have many duplicate space covers for sale or trade. I can send lists on request.For my auctions, I accept paypal, postal money order or personal check. Allow 7-10 days for checks to clear.
